Both of these photographs show the front entrance to the Callmen Homestead in Frankfort, NY. They May look identical but they were made from separate negatives. You can see from the pictures that in "A Knickerbocker Greeting" the colonial lady is moved ever so slightly into the doorway. Neither photograph was assigned a Nutting Studio number. "Colonial Cordiality" was marketed in small numbers and "A Knickerbocker Greeting" is illustrated on page 44 of Wallace Nutting's 1927 book, 'New York Beautiful'. They are copyright 1913.
