houses Wallace Nutting owned and furnished with antiques for his picture
business.
Wallace Nutting made a companion photograph titled, A Little Helper" studio # 9212 which has the child standing next to the woman who is still seated.
This kitchen, without the models is illustrated on pg 78 of Pathway of the Puritans, a book Wallace Nutting's 'Old America Company' published
for the Massachusetts Bay Colony Tercentenary Commission in 1930.
