A snow covered path in Boston, Massachusetts. Wallace Nutting expressed his dissapointment in the sales of winter snow scenes saying: "It is probable that since it is so feasible to flit with the birds to the South the admiration for winter scenes is passing away. Many years ago an engraving, or a colored print of a winter scene was an adornment in nearly every home."
You can access an index page showing an image of all Snow Scenes illustrated in the Wallace Nutting Library.
