Taken outside Wallace Nutting's Framingham, Massachusetts house he called "Nuttingholm." This picture can be found in Nutting's 1915 Expansible Sales catalog on pg 466. The Model in this picture is Miss Daisy Ryder who was also a colorist at the Nutting Studio.

Wallace Nutting also illustrated this picture in his book, Massachusetts Beautiful, on page 16 of the first edition and on page 14 of the second edition.

Two very similar pictures are illustrated in Nutting's 1915 Expansible catalog. "Passing the Portal, #3102", is illustrated on page 456, and, "Out of the Garden, #3106", can be found on page 455.
