Wallace Nutting illustrated this picture in his 1912 Picture Sales catalog with the title "House Top and Hill." Sometime after 1912 Nutting modified the title to "Housetop and Hilltop". This scene from Vermont can also be found with the title, "House Top and Hill Top".

Wallace Nutting also illustrated this picture in his 1922 book, Vermont Beautiful, on page 20 of the first edition and on page 26 of the second edition.
