This picture was made in the Berkshire section of Massachusetts. Wallace Nutting illustrated it on page 5 of his 1912 Picture Sales catalog and on page 116 of his 1915 Expansible catatlog. He also illustrated it in his book, 'Massachusetts Beautiful' on page 124 of the first edition and on page 106 of the second edition.
