Resting At The Old Stoop - Studio # 416

Taken in Woodstock, VT, Wallace Nutting illustrated this picture on pg 27 of his 1912 picture catalog and on pg 482 of his 1915 Expansible catalog.

Wallace Nutting wrote of this picture: "The lady in "Resting at the Old Stoop" has chosen a fair seat beneath a very simple porch of pure Greek type. The only objection to these porches is that they are wood, not stone."
