The Birthday Book is used to record the name and address of friends and relatives to the month and date of their birth. The publishers of this reproduction, John Bean and Willis B. White, Jr. state, "In size and general outline, this book follows closely the Birthday Book published in 1924 by the Mayflower Guild of Boston, Massachusetts that also used Wallace Nutting pictures."
